Payment Policy

Payment for services must be made after the service is complete, at the end of your appointment. We accept:

Please note that our services are not covered by OHIP. However, we are an approved provider with Veterans Affairs, Blue Cross, and Green Shield. Contact your extended health plan for information on coverage. We do not offer direct billing.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a $10 fee, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations. If payment is not received within 30 days of treatment, a $10 monthly fee will be applied to the outstanding balance.
